This book was a lot of fun, I enjoyed getting to know Riley and her friends. She acts exactly how a normal person would act finding out their not human. She's trying to juggle all these emotions and Leander doesn't help. She has a crush on him but it's really hot and cold. The mystery of why Myron is working for Seraphyn and what she wants with Riley and these young girls souls isn't explained so i'm assuming more information will appear in the next book. I love how the book doesn't have a cliffhanger ending but it does leave questions unanswered for the next book. Michelle and Katie seems a little bitchy to me. We don't get to learn a lot about them so it's hard for me as the reader to understand why Riley is friend's with them when they are so different. Craig is a hoot but i'd love to learn more about him as well. Gran Herbie and Riley's little sister Cass were fun characters that would also be fun to see more of in future books. This book seemed to be pretty Riley/Leander centric. I'll be excited to see if Riley really follows through and tries to go save those girls souls down in hell. A great start to a new series.
