This book starts off right where the first book ended. Loic has shown up on Severin's doorstep. When he's invited in he tells the story of his childhood and that their mother is dead. Severin allows him to live with him and Minnow. Lots of things are changing. Severin and Minnow's relationship is growing stronger and something new is beginning with Rodrigo. As they all try to figure out their place in Severin's life, Severin begins to think more highly of himself than he did in the past until something happens to push him back a step and then something else happens that could change his world forever. Can he figure out his emotions and his worth before he loses the people he loves most?
This book was crazy! I can't believe what happened to Loic and then he starts hitting on everybody even Severin! Then Rodrigo and Severin have this sexual tension between then that turns into a relationship. Having more than just Minnow as his submissive and lover does good things for him. But then Loic messes things up and Minnow gets pregnant. I loved the wedding! I thought it was funny that it was Severin' niece that managed to get him to see he was being stupid and he should be with Min and Ro. I loved the birth scene and the next scene with Sev the baby and the arrival of Loic the ending was just perfect. An awesome ending to a great story.
