Papa's Captive (Little Ladies of Talcott House Book 4) by Sue Lyndon and Celeste Jones

This book is about Rosie, she is engaged to Lord Caldwell and they run away from Talcott House to marry in Scotland. Unfortunately Rosie has a secret she has to keep or her marriage might not last. Can she trust Lord Caldwell to honor his vows and love her forever? 

 This book was a lot of fun. I was not expecting Lord Caldwell to run away with Rosie. I enjoyed learning about Rosie's backstory and how she ended up at Talcott House it was a sad story but when her Papa finds out he does everything he can to show her he loves her and help her put her past to rights. As always there is some discipline when Rosie is naughty but she wouldn't want it any other way. The ending was very satisfying and the story was nice. A great addition to the series.

Papa's Desires (Little Ladies of Talcott House, Book 2) by Sue Lyndon & Celeste Jones

This book was a lot of fun. We find ourselves at Talcott house once again, this time the story focuses on Cammie's best friend Hyacinth also nicknamed Cynny. She's twenty-two and one of the oldest girls at Talcott House. The reason she's still there is because she grew up part of a street gang of thieves and still occasionally steals. As Talcott House would like to keep it's good reputation there can't be a chance that Cynny will steal from the her future husband. Unfortunately the house is old and has damage that needs to be repaired and funds are running low. So Cynny is to be married to wealthy Lord who has generously offered funds for the house. Things take a strange turn when Cynny doesn't end up married to the Lord she was intended for and marries someone else. She is happy about this and a new life begins for her. This book was a lot of fun and we had a short cut to Cammie from book one when the girls do something naughty. It'll be interesting to see what happens to the other girls in the series.

This book is about a young orphan girl who is taken in by a kind older lady. At Talcott House these wayward girls are trained to be proper ladies so that they can some day meet their proper husbands. Cammie has always dreamed of having a Papa and husband, the one man who would take care of her forever. When she's to be married to Lord Cavendish she's excited and nervous. Unsure of what it means to be a wife she's prepared to be the best little girl her new papa could ever have. As for being his wife, she'll soon learn how to do so by following his rules or find herself over his knee for a sound spanking.

This book was cute. It's about Daisy, she likes to eavesdrop on other people and she's a mischievous free spirit. When she falls at Lord Kensington's feet, the man that was supposed to marry one of her good friend's she finds herself embarking on a new journey. Unfortunately Daisy and Lord Kensington have their secrets but Daisy's secret might shake the foundation of her new marriage. Can she find love with her new husband despite her past?
