Alien Mischief (Alien Mate 4) by Cara Bristol

This book is about Madison, she's been impersonating a man to prove a point. She's the chaperone for the women who are going to Dakon to be mail order brides to the Dakonian males. Unfortunately when she gets left behind she might not be able to keep up her ruse for long.
This book was such a fun read! I had no idea that Madison was a woman! Never would have guessed that in a million years. I loved Enoki he's such a sweetheart but it was just so funny that he couldn't figure out that Madison was a woman even though the fates kept telling him. The relationship between them was so sweet and I just loved all the hijinks in this book. Another great read.

Alien Intention (Alien Mate 3) by Cara Bristol

Omg this book was awesome! I loved Sunny but I REALLY love Stormy. Sunny actually got on my nerves in this book. Romando was a jerk in Sunny's book but in this book I felt for him, totally fell in love with him and was saddened whenever things went badly for both him and Stormy. The whole story made me not want to put the book down I had to know what happened. The two of them were meant to be together and I'm glad they got their happy ever after.

Alien Attraction (Alien Mate 2) by Cara Bristol

This book is about a woman named Sunny Weathers. She's a reality star and her latest stunt is to get "married" to an alien. Thus shenanigans ensue and Sunny must do what's right for her family, her new alien and her heart.

I loved Sunny she was so sweet but also fierce. I loved the whole drama about wanting to quit her show but doing whatever she could to help her nephew. Darq is so sweet and wants so badly for Sunny to love him. Of course the secrets between them make the book hilarious. It was nice that they were both forgiving of the other's secret. They both love each other a lot and with Stormy joining them on Dakon, Sunny never wants to leave. Great story, I can't wait to read Stromy's book!

Hunted By The Cyborg (Cy-Ops Sci-fi Romance 6) by Cara Bristol

This book is about a man named Carter he's the director of Cy-Ops and he's recently met up with an old flame except it's not really her it's her twin sister. Beth has secrets that she can't share with anyone or it could endanger her life. When her origins are discovered she has to do everything she can to keep them secret and be the best employ she can for Carter. The only problem? Someone is working behind the scenes for nefarious purposes. Can they figure out what is happening before it's too late?

SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

=====================================

I liked Carter and Beth they were both wonderful characters. I liked that Beth was willing to give everything so that she could make a life for herself but she was unfortunately the victim from conception. She was being used and never knew it. I liked Carter but I didn't like that he turned on a dime when Beth acts weirdly, instead of figuring out that something is wrong and she's being used he automatically thinks she deceived him even though she never showed any hints of deception before that. Lamani and clo-ventures was unexpected but a cool twist as well as Bensen I didn't see that coming. I liked seeing all the other characters and their teamwork in trying to find out what the heck was going on. This was a very fast paced book and a lot of fun to read.

Warrior (Breeder 3) bu Cara Bristol

This book is about Anika, she's a good friend of Omra from book 1 and the sister of Marlix from book 2. In this book she's been told she's to be another alpha's breeder. After having lived at the Enclave and seeing what life can be like for a woman who is given freedom to do as she wishes she's not happy about this decision of which she had no say. She also has feelings for another. She has feelings for Urazi, Marlix's former beta. She knows she can't convince Marlix to change his mind so she runs away. Urazi sets off after her. They find each other and are faced with many dangers but their love for each other grows stronger. Urazi at first has plans to send Anika back to Marlix but as his regard for her grows he realizes that she's his and he won't give her up without a fight. Many adventures happen and they find themselves in Qualin's camp in disguise. Will they be able to escape with their lives? Or will Parseon be ruled by the most evil Alpha there is.

I really liked this book! Finally Anika get's to shine! I loved that she was a badass heroine that wasn't willing to take anything lying down. She questions everything the men in her world say. She doesn't understand why men are superior when women can be just as strong or how alpha's are alpha's and beta's are beta's when Urazi is a beta but clearly has the personality and traits of an Alpha. I love all of Anika's struggles with the guerrilla group she joins, pretending to be a male, the veronians and Qualin. So many scenes were jam packed full of action and bravery from both Anika and Urazi. I love at the end when Urazi fights Marlix to keep her and he agrees that Urazi is good enough for her. If you forget the alien culture part I found this really quite normal for a brother to want his sister's man to be worthy of her and Urazi definitely proves that he's worthy of having Anika as his. I truly enjoyed when we find out that protocol has changed and that the women are being given more freedom. The ladies are teaching other women how to read and defend themselves and children aren't segregated by gender. This is a such a great series and I've very much enjoyed all the books.

Terran (Breeder Book 2) by Cara Bristol

This book is about a human named Tera who works on Parseon as a textile vendor. Met briefly in book 1 she is friends with Omra and Anika. She has left earth to try her hand at a new life. As a single woman on a planet were women are regarded as inferior she gets many looks from citizen's wishing to procure her wares. When Alpha Marlix enters her shop in order to buy a special material to outfit his troupes there is tension between the two. After a mistake might cause an intergalactic incident Tara ventures out unescorted and finds out how female and are treated. Injured Marlix kidnaps her and takes her to his home. As they spend time together feelings begin to grow. Can a Parseon/Terran relationship exist in a world controlled by protocol? Marlix and Tera are willing to try but there are unforeseen and deadly consequences. Can love defeat prejudice?

I REALLY loved this book! I love the Parseon world and love seeing these stoic men lose their cool for the women they love. In the first book Marlix seems like a bad guy but he's just putting up a front to keep control of his territory. He's intrigued by Tara and her alienness but he likes that she's unlike any of the females on his planet. Marlix has a sweet spot and I loved that he fought with his feelings for Tara. I loved seeing more of the Enclave and finding out that Anika was Marlix's sister! Anika is seen in the first book as a friend of Omra she's a victim and almost dies by having her throat cut but survives. In this book she's at the Enclave with the Beta Jergen that bought her from the BCF. I like how she has so much spunk! And I can't wait to read more about her in the next book. This book is crazy so many ups and downs I loved everything! I love that Marlix was willing to follow Tara back to earth after he rejects her for Jergen's death and Urazi's injuries I also love how Tara is willing to go back to him even though she's messed everything up and is in danger. Just a great story with wonderful characters a definite must read!

Breeder (Breeder 1) by Cara Bristol

This book is about a young woman named Omra. She's a breeder slave and her one use in life is to be impregnated by an alpha. Luckily for her she is purchased by THE alpha. He is the commander and has much control. On their planet it's believed that women are inferior and are unable of learning and even feeling sexual gratification. When Dak finds out that Omra can feel pleasure from their mating he starts to rethink everything about the laws and the ideas of his people. He begins to see Omra as more than just a breeder for his offspring but also as a person. With this new mindset danger lurks around every corner when Dak has to toe the line between his affection to Omra and his duty to his people. But when he realizes that there are people out to hurt Omra he makes a decision to stand up for what he knows is right. Will he be able to bring about change or will his enemies take the one thing he loves?

This book was really fun. I loved the whole world and the society. I loved that Dak is able to realize that his laws may be flawed and that women are capable of more. He struggles with this idea but he can see the truth of it in Omra. I loved that he struggled with following the other Alphas and the laws and doing what he knows is right for Omra and all the other women. The ending was awesome and I can't wait to see what happens in future books.

Alien Mate by Cara Bristol

This book is about a woman named Starr. She is falsely convicted of murder and is sent away on an exchange with an alien planet where there is a shortage of women. Not only was she convicted of a crime she didn't commit she's now being sent to a primitive planet where it's almost always winter and men are willing to take strangers as their mates. Starr is different than the other women aboard the ship headed to the planet of Dakon, she's the only blond among a group of brunettes. When she arrives on the planet she's passed over by every male. Hurt and angry she's furious when the last man to arrive is shocked by her appearance. Starr is insulted by the behavior of these men but has no choice but to follow the lone male. Torg is the Chief of his tribe, he was also lucky enough to get third pick of the alien women arriving on his planet. Unfortunately he was delayed and was stuck with the last remaining female. When he sees her for the first time he's shocked. She has fair hair and is skinny, nothing like what he would have chosen for the mother of his children. But he has no choice, he accepts Starr and learns more about her and realizes that she's exactly what he didn't know he was looking for. On Dakon violent crimes are met with banishment and being alone on the cold planet means a most certain death. Starr has to hide what her supposed crime was from Torg and everyone else but she can only do so for so long. While the love between Starr and Torg grows bigger every day there is danger lurking around every corner. Can Starr get a happy ending without losing her life?

This was such a fun read! Starr is an awesome heroine and Torg is so protective of her. I loved the idea of women being sent to a planet where the shortage of women makes them important. I liked that the men would do anything to get a bride. Icha was a bitch I really didn't like her she caused so much trouble. I loved Andrea and Tessa and Loka and Groman they were fun characters. We don't know a lot about Starr's conviction and why she did was she did until near the end of the book and the reveal was unexpected as was the identity of her assassin. I was sad about Tessa and Loka but it was a great ending. I would love to read more books about this world and these characters if ever there are future books. A really fun story.
