This book is about a woman named Alexa she's a vampire and she's lost her powers. She needs to find a champion to fight for her if she wants to survive and keep control of her coven. Brendan is a man from Alexa's past and he's in grave danger, but he has a mission and he'll do what it takes to complete his mission and save the humans race. Can Alexa and Brendan livI e up to their destinies and find love together or will they lose everything?

I really liked this story, I haven't read anything in the Magic, New Mexico series but i'll definitely be checking it out after reading this story. Alexa is badass! But she's also sweet and cares for those she loves. Brendan is a tough SOB and he's willing to protect Alexa even if she doesn't accept him romantically. I loved all the shifters in this story and the whole world that was created in Magic, New Mexico and Mist. It was a lot of fun to read.

This book is about a young woman named Rory, when aliens are set to invade earth in seven days and her sister is drafted she decides to take her place. She sees this is a valuable sacrifice because she has an incurable disease that is affecting her brain. When she finally finds herself in space against an alien ship she finds out that it was all a trick, there is no invasion, the aliens only want women to be their brides. When she meet medic Farseer she slowly falls in love with him unfortunately he isn't allowed to be with her or any woman because he is of a lower status among his people. When an alien enemy wants to women to be used as disposable incubators, Farseer is ready to do whatever it takes to protect Rory and the other woman and Rory is ready to fight for her freedom. Can they survive and be together against all the odds?

 Rory was a great heroine, I truly enjoyed her bravery. Her personality changes drastically from when she has the disease to when Farseer cures her of most of the disease. Farseer was adorable he was innocent and a fierce warrior all in one. Parismon was horrible I hated him and the Bortrack are vile horrible creatures how anyone would give them women is beyond me it's just cruel. I loved that Farseer was willing to protect her even though he knew she couldn't be his until she tells him she wants to be with him and he fights with everything he has to keep her safe and the other women safe as well. Leader wasn't really much of a leader he was kind of wimpy and Gallant was a real jerk though I'd love to know what happened with Catalina and Darlene. I loved that Rory was willing to sacrifice herself for her sister, Farseer and the other women, she was really brave when face with the Bortrack. This box set even though it had 5 books I wish I had learned more about everything but maybe I'll get lucky and Immortal Angel will continue and right about the other Star Squad Brides. This was an interesting read full of ups and downs.

Bella is interested in a colleague she works with and when he asks her out she nervously says yes. She's nervous because she's a virgin and guys aren't usually accepting of a woman in her twenties being a virgin. So she's goes to Alien Pleasures to have sex for the first time with an alien man. He's gently and adoring and gives her the best experience of her life and tells her she's perfect the way she is. Maybe the guy she was after isn't the guy she's supposed to be with maybe this alien man understands her better than any human man could.

 I loved this story! This is a short story but man I wish it were longer! I love all the alien hotties and wish we could see more of them interacting with the ladies but the stories are left open ending to the imagination of the reader. I'd love to read more stories about the people who go to and work at Alien Pleasures.

Ruby: Alien Pleasure Mates For Sale (Erotic Intergalactic Encounters Book 2) by Immortal Angel

This book is about a woman named Ruby who goes to Alien Pleasures to have night with a dominant male, an alien species known as the Thoran. They are rumored to be barbarians and Ruby's in need of a controlling barbarian to make her submit. 

 Another quick but enjoyable read. Ruby is used to being in control and so she fights the hot alien barbarian but she eventually submits to his dominance. I really enjoy the writing in the stories and they are fun short reads but I could always read something longer. There's a mention of Ruby and the Thoran potentially meeting up after their hookup at Alien Pleasures which could be fun to read.

Dawn (Erotic Intergalactic Encounters #1) by Immortal Angel

This was a very short story about a woman who gets to live out one of her favorite sexual fantasies with a hot alien.

 This story which is more like a scene was really hot! It's about a woman who has dreamed about have sex with an alien. There are no deep character evolution but I did enjoy the hot sex scene. I would love to read the future books if they add the sex scene into a bigger plot. Although I am okay with quickies but if so then I would love it to be a little longer than a scene. This is the first story I've read by Immortal Angel and after reading it I've decided to check out her other books. If they're as hot as this short story then I'll definitely be reading.
